Leave for Luzhi after breakfast – the best town of China’s water village (about 40 minutes). Drive to Suzhou after lunch – the oriental Venice. Visit Panmen Scenic Area – the exhibition of Suzhou history and the only water-land city gate preserved at present, including Ruiguang Tower, Panmen Gate and Wumen Bridge – the highest ancient stone bridge of Suzhou. Visit the East China Pearl Exhibition Center (stay for about 50 minutes in the store). Then visit Zhouzhuang – the best water village of China (about 1.5 hours). Appreciate the beautiful scenery of Zhouzhuang village, listen to the legend of Shen Wansan – the richest person in Southern Yangtze River, taste Wansan Pig Trotter – the special dish of Zhouzhuang, and feel the charming culture of Zhouzhuang. Then drive to Wuxi – the city full of beauty and charm, and visit Three Kingdom City – the CCTV Film and TV Base (about 50 minutes). Visit Lingshan Buddha voluntarily (at self expense of 150 Yuan/Person). Cruise Taihu Lake by ancient warship. Visit Lihu Puple-sand Pottery Hall (stay for about 50 minutes in the store). Then drive to Nanjing; visit Confucius Temple Business Street, stroll about in Zhanyuan Garden (about 1 hour), taste the special Yuhua Tea of Nanjing and watch the characteristic performance of Nanjing. |
