Visit Bangchui Mountain -- the most famous one of the ten mountains in Chengde which owns the worlds largest hanging-seat ropeway (25 Yuan for entrance ticket and 40 Yuan for round-trip ropeway). Drive back after three hours trip. Visit Summer Resort after lunch C another political center besides Palace Museum and the worlds largest royal garden integrating with diverse scenery (90 Yuan), including Danbojingcheng Hall C the golden palace of emperor, Yanbozhishuang Hall C the palace harem of emperor and empress, Hot River C the worlds shortest river, and Chunhao Pavilion C the royal garden of Emperor Qianlong. Taste the royal tea freely and appreciate the full view of Chengde by around-mountain vehicle (4 hours). Rest in hotel or take free activity after supper. |

Visit Puning Temple after breakfast C the worlds largest gold-coated wooden Buddha (50 Yuan, 1.5 hours). Then visit Mini Potala Palace C the mould built according to Tibetan Potala Palace (40 Yuan). Visit Kangqian Tourism Commodity City and then take free activity in the afternoon. Visit Kuixing Mansion C the largest Taoism temple of Chengde (20 Yuan), to look down the night scene of Chenge. Return hotel. |
